Method-
Step 1: Take a bowl and add the Madmix Quinoa Chilla mix.
Step 2: Add salt to taste.
Step 3: Add water and mix to make a thick batter.
Step 4: Heat a non-stick pan and add spoonful of the batter onto the pan.
Step 5: Top each mini uttappam with chopped vegetables of your choice like tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and coriander.
Step 6: Add some oil and cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until it is golden brown on both sides.
Top with some grated cheese and serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
