Method –
Step 1: Take 1 cup of the chilla premix in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and dried herbs to it.
Step 2: Add the black sesame seeds to the mix but keep some aside for garnish.
Step 3: Make a firm dough by adding little water at a time taking care not to make the dough too soft. Keep aside for 5 – 10 minutes.
Step 4: Now divide the dough into 5 sections and roll out into thin chapatis. Sprinkle the remaining black sesame seeds while rolling them.
Step 5: Cut the crackers in desired shapes and bake in preheated oven at 160c for 15 – 20 minutes or until they turn crisp.
