Step 1: Take 1 cup of the chilla premix in a bowl.
Step 2: Add salt to taste. Add water slowly to make a thick batter. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Heat a nonstick pan and add a ladle full of the batter on it.
Step 3: Top with the sliced vegetables of your choice.
Step 4: Sprinkle oregano and paprika and cover the chilla and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Step 5: Flip it over and cook for another 5 minutes on low flame to ensure even cooking on both sides. Serve these veggies loaded Quinoa Chillas piping hot with chutney or ketchup!
