Ingredients

 Madmix Ragi Idli Premix

  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum, red and yellow bell pepper, corn, tomato )
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 – 2 tsps dried oregano or mixed herbs
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • Black olives for garnish (optional)

     

    Method 

    Step 1: Make idlis as per the instructions on the MadmixIdli Premix packet. Remove and cool the idlis. Keep aside.

    Step 2: In a bowl take all the mixed vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and herbs and mix well. Scoop out the centres of each idli.

    Step 3: Add some pizza sauce in the centre and top with the vegetable mix.

    Step 4: Top with grated cheese and an olive. Gently place these idlis back into the moulds and steam for another 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

    Your delicious Ragi Idli Pizza is ready to be served!
