We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to return any part of your order, please review our policy below:
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged during transit, have physical defects, or if the wrong product was shipped.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your package by emailing us at hello@eatmadmix.com.
Return Process
After you notify us, a member of our Madmix team will validate your return request over the phone.
Once validated, you will receive detailed instructions via a confirmation email on how to return the product.
Products must be returned within 2 business days from the confirmation email receipt.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive the returned product(s), our team will inspect and validate the claim within 7 working days.
If the return is approved, you will receive a refund or replacement based on your preference.
If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, the product will be shipped back to you.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please record a video showing the condition of the package at the time of delivery.
Send the video to us within 24 hours of receiving the package at hello@eatmadmix.com. This will help us resolve the issue quickly.
Return Status Updates
You will receive updates at the following stages:
1. Confirmation call upon receiving your return request.
2. Detailed return instructions via email.
3. Confirmation of product receipt.
4. Updates on claim inspection and validation within 7 business days.
