Step 1: In a bowl, take the quinoa flour.
Step 2: Add the warm milk and mix well to form a thick batter.
Step 3: Grease a loaf tin and put the bread mix in it.
Step 4: Smoothen out the surface and top with the mixed seeds.
Step 5: Cover with foil paper loosely and keep it aside for about two hours.
Step 6: After two hours the batter is almost double.
Step 7: Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 240 C, or until the bread sounds hollow.
Step 8: Let the bread cool down and then cut it into slices.
In another small bowl, mix the butter, garlic, oregano and paprika.
Add this garlic butter on top of each slice of bread, top it with grated cheese and bake again until the cheese melts.
