Only good stuff — quinoa, millet, ragi, natural spices, and zero artificial colours or preservatives.
Are your snacks vegan / gluten‑free?
Most of them are vegan, and many are gluten-free (by nature). Always double-check the product label — safety first.
Do your products contain allergens?
Of course. If a snack potentially contains nuts, soy, dairy, or cross‑contamination risks, we call it out loud (on the label).
What's the shelf life of Madmix?
Madmix Puff, Madmix Bhujia & Madmix Raisins have shelf life of 9 months - you can check the best before date on the bottom of the box or bag.
How long does delivery take?
In metros, 2–3 days. Tier‑2 / smaller towns: 4–7 days.
Is delivery free?
Yup — free delivery on orders above ₹399. Below that, we charge a small fee to cover the courier effort.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once we ship, we’ll send you a tracking link on WhatsApp so you can track your snack bundle.
What if my parcel is late or damaged?
Let us know ASAP by filling the complaints form (link). We’ll help you out with the best possible solution
Can I return opened packs?
For hygiene reasons we don't accept returns once the packs are opened.

How do I get a refund?
After we verify, refunds take 5–7 working days to show up in your account. OR if our Customer Relations team is generous enough, you may get the refund ASAP

Usually no clubbing discounts (we gotta stay sane). But we do drop codes & flash deals now and then. Follow us so you don’t miss.

What’s the minimum bulk order?
It depends on the product. Usually 20+ units. Let’s talk — maybe we’ll bend rules.
